Manufacturer Warranty and Importation
Due to the absence of international warranties provided by manufacturers for imported products, we have chosen to take direct responsibility for the warranty of our products. This allows you to benefit from a localized and personalized repair service.
Repair Process

Our 3-year warranty is valid for the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
Our MCZDIRECT warranty is equivalent to a manufacturer's warranty and covers manufacturing defects from the date of invoicing. The shipping costs to the repair center are at your expense, while the return of the repaired product is covered by MCZDIRECT.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Non-conforming use of the product.

Damage resulting from impacts, shocks, falls, presence of sand, dust, dirt, moisture, battery leaks, fires, thefts, attempted theft, vandalism, war, terrorism, corrosion, contamination, water infiltration, frost, floods, winds, earthquakes, storms, or any other extreme weather conditions.

Accidental or intentional damage.

Damage due to exposure to moisture or extreme temperature conditions.

Misuse, inadequate storage, or incorrect handling of the product.

Damage related to cleaning the product (dust, sensor, lenses, etc.).

Damage caused by using the product with an incorrect voltage power source.

Violation of the terms of this warranty or the contract.

Failure to comply with written instructions provided with the product, or those of the manufacturer.

Damage or defects resulting from negligence by anyone other than us.

Loss of quality, deterioration of performance, or damage resulting from the use of replacement parts or other components (such as consumables) not produced or recommended by the manufacturer.

Damage or defects resulting from modifications to the product and/or its software made by anyone other than our authorized representatives.

Alteration, illegibility, or modification of the product's serial number.

Damage or defects resulting from connecting the product to equipment, accessories, software, or networks not approved by the manufacturer.

Damage due to external causes beyond our control, including but not limited to accidents, fires, or burglaries.

Repairs or cleaning of the product performed with inappropriate tools or according to incorrect procedures.

Defects resulting from attempting to open the product's casing for self-repair.

Loss or damage to data.

Damage or defects resulting from connecting the product to a network not approved by the manufacturer, or from unauthorized modifications to your operating system or network.

Damage to the display screen (LCD) due to misuse.

Damage occurring due to inadequate packaging during shipping to the service center or service agent.

Damage resulting from using waterproof cameras or cases at depths exceeding those recommended.

Dead pixels not reported within 14 days of receiving the item.
Note on Third-Party Lenses
MCZDIRECT covers repairs due to manufacturing defects, excluding issues related to third-party lenses. The use of such lenses is at the user's discretion, without warranty from us regarding quality or reliability of focus. In case of problems, MFA tools must be used, and the camera and lens must be returned to the manufacturer for inspection.
